Thanks for the information. A summary of what I have so far on my direct line is at http://members.aol.com/tjcandy/candy.htm.

My grandfather's middle name of "Lemon" just stands out. I really haven't made a connection to any Lemon Family. I know Frederick was born and baptised in Dorset around 1875. I would be surprized if there wasn't a connection to be made to the Lemon Family you cite.
