John CANDY, b. 1845, where? d. 1880, where?
More specific birth info? Married 1) Mary STARR and 2)Sirissia Iowa FIELDS. He was the son of Thomas CANDY and Catherine 'Katie' DREW. Where did these CANDY's live?

Does anyone have specific marriage information for his marriages?

Sirissia Iowa FIELDS, b. 9 Dec 1858, where?
d. 19 Dec 1934, buried at Three Rivers Cemetery, Okay, Wagoner County, Oklahoma. Would dearly like to hook up with those who are related to Sirissia! d/o Timothy FIELDS and Elmira ROGERS. Sirissia m. 1)John CANDY, 2)_____ CRITTENDEN (who was he?), and 3) Richard 'Dick' ROGERS. Sirissia was a midwife, she was cousin to my WOFFORD family, and midwifed at the birth of my grandfather, Harry Basil 'Buck' WOFFORD in 1897 at Okay, Cherokee Nation, Indian Territory. By the way, can any Cherokee researcher tell me what Cherokee District, Okay fell into?

Mary STARR, d/o William STARR and ___ who???

These families heavily associated within the Cherokee Nation. Thanks -- Kristi eagled7@webzone.net
