Who were the parents of Samuel CANDY, Sr. who married Catherine 'Ka-ti' KINGFISHER, of the Cherokee tribe?

Catherine 'Ka-ti' KINGFISHER, b. abt 1752, reportedly in the Tennessee portion of the Cherokee Nation. She was the daughter of KINGFISHER and 'Nanye'hi' Nancy WARD, beloved woman of the Cherokee.

Son Samuel CANDY, Jr., b. abt 1768, m. Elizabeth WEST.
