Thank you for the response. The Dawson 'Pan for Gold' data base, or more accurately, set of data bases is at:

Upon entering a surname in the search box, the results of a search of several Gold Rush related data bases is presented. One of those sets is titled '1901 Census' but the results do not match the 1901 Census data from the Canadian Archives. Because the Pan for Gold results cite, beside each name match, a source identification code, I am trying to identify the original source for the data. The source codes that appear in my search are: RG18D4, RG84 and CR85/22.
