I'm looking for information about Peter HAUBRICH and Maria KRAUSS from the Rhineland Pfalz, Germany area. They were among the first settlers in Wiesenberg, Galicia in the 1780's.
According to Schneiders census of 1830, they had at least two sons, Mathias and Heinrich.
There is another Peter HAUBRICH who was married to Anna FISCHER. Peter died shortly after the birth of their son, Johan Peter HAUBRICH born Jan 6, 1856 in Wiesenberg. Anna remarried a man named WOLFE who died around 1870.
Johan Peter married Elizabeth GROSS, the daughter of Frank and Appolonia GROSS. Johan and Elizabeth came to Canada and settled in Hodgeville, Saskatchewan around 1894.
