Looking for information pertaining to Francis Lorne GEHL (Btln # 277418), who was drafted into the Canadian Army in June of 1918 and discharged in January, 1919.
He is listed as being born Nov. 17, 1894 in Preston, Ontario. He is described as a Farmer, and lists his mother, Mrs. Mary Sarah Gehl as next-of-kin.
Have reason to believe that his father was Abraham Gehl of Preston, ON, and that Francis was the product of a second marriage.
