Diane: I am work right now and can't get to the book. I do know that the book is no longer available for sale. But I can scan or type out the text in it's entirety for you and email it. One interesting thing I remember is that it said that Bazak (I'm sure) disappeared when they moved to the States and the police never found him. Will double check this when I am home. I can't do any of this for you for a couple of days as I work the next 3 days. So if you can be patient with me :o)
