Hi there,

Am looking for William James (Jas) Hall who lived and worked as a blacksmith in the village of Red Deer Hill, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan in the period around 1901-1922. Looks like William James (Jas) Hall was living and working in Red Deer Hill, while his wife and children were living in Blake, Huron County, Ontario in 1906. Perhaps his wife and children joined him later in Red Deer Hill after 1906; cannot find them as a family unit on the 1911 census though.

William James (Jas) Hall and his family appear on the 1901 census living in Hibbert Township, West Perth County, Ontario. James is listed as farm labour.

Head: William James Hall, b. April 02, 1871, Township of Manvers, Pontypool, Ontario

Wife: Mary Lavina Couch, b. January 02, 1876, Hibbert Township, South Huron County, Ontario
Marriage: September 04, 1895, Hibbert Township, West Perth County, Ontario

Children:
Wilbert, Clarence, Gladys, James Leslie. All the children were born in Ontario.

Gladys Hall is found living in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan in 1927 as Gladys Wilson. Her address was 1097-4th Avenue N.E., Moose Jaw.

Regards,
Dan Kennedy
London, Ontario
