Ask your inquiry at the Archives of Saskatchewan. I have used them before for old newspaper requests. They do have microfilm for rent. They were prompt in answering just from my experience.

It appears too that The Regina Leader covered Grenfell events back to late 1800s but I didn't specifically key in the years you have indicated.
