The Huntingdon Gleaner (QC) newspaper reported that Lachlan William McIntosh died at Saskatoon Gen'l Hospital on Oct. 2, 1928 and was interred in Semans Cemetery where he lived. Born in Que. in 1869, he was unmarried and still working the family farm at Elgin, QC in the 1911 census.
SK death entries on SK govt. website stop before 1928 and I do not find him in Homestead Land index. Does anyone know of a Semans cemetery listing? Does SK Vital Statistics release 1928 death certificates at this time? If I order it directly would it incl. cause of death/next of kin info?
