Yes, I have been searching for Oswald Richard Friedenstab in Alberta who died 18 February 2000. Was he your Grandfather? My Grandfather, Gustav had a brother Richard Andrew Friedenstab who was born about 1884 in Lodz, Poland and died in 1955 in Red Deer. That is all that I know of him. He moved away from the rest of the family in St.Walburg, Sask and they apparently lost contact with one another. I am not familiar with much in Poland, but have been studying some maps and trying to learn more from a lady that I correspond with from Germany. I will email you at your address also.
