Dear Florence
My children are first generation americans. I came over with my parents in 1959 from Germany and have lots of interesting stories about my grandfather. He own a butcher shop in Lodz. I also have another reply from someone in Alabama. I am on my way to work but will write more on sunday 7/9/2000. I am not sure where my grandfather was born, will try to find out.
