Hi John;
Thank you! It's what I've been looking for!
I would love to see all that you have. Let me know how you prefer to send it; posting it here,e-mailed, or snail mail. Whatever is easiest for you.
Funny thing about names; I just found out that what I thought was a name was actually another French word. I have the word 'Inconnus' in several places on my pedigree.
What made me think it was a name was that it was connected and capatolized with a first name,ie. Bertha Inconnus, Sophie Inconnus, ect., ect,. Since I didn't do the research and coping, I had no way of knowing. It actually means 'unknown' in french. I thought there was alot of inter-marrying going on in my heiritage.(LOL) My Native American lines
come from Lac Courtre Oreilles which means 'Short-Ears' (I used to think it ment 'Court of Light' which sounds prettier but is incorrect)I would've never guessed that 'La Ronge' ment "where the beaver chewed".
Again, thank you.
Caren Lozon
