Hello,

Unfortunately, Saskatchewan didn't even become a province until 1905.

I can tell you this about Justine and Amable:

Justine was born in 1860 at Fort Carlton. On her scrip application she lists her father as Belanger and her mother as Marie Beaudry. Also, on the application she says that she married Amable St. Germain (metis) in 1884 at Battleford.
I believe that Justine's father's first name may have been William. I say this because there is another scrip application for a Caroline Belanger who was born in 1869 at Fort Carlton and she says her father is William Belanger and her mother is Marie. I suspect that Caroline was Justine's sister.

Let me know if I can be of any more assistance.
