He lists his father, J.H. Middleton of what looks like "Floral" Saskatchewan at the time, Dec 1914. see http://www.collectionscanada.ca/archivianet/02010602_e.html Maybe you can find out from his papers where he went after his discharge, and that might help you narrow down where they might be.
