There are approx. 65 townships in Saskatchewan with the #33. You need to find a range number and meridian. For example: The land description for Herbert, Sask S 18 17 9 W3 S=South half, 18=the section, 17=the township, 9=the range, W3=west of the 3rd meridian.
If you have the name of someone who homesteaded in Saskatchewan you can look at the National Archives of Canada http://www.archives.ca/exec/naweb.dll?fs&020111&e&top&0, search the persons name, if it comes up it will give you the land description of the homestead. Once you have that you could contact me and I could tell you exactly where it is.
