Quebec Early Censuses

Did the province of Quebec record early censuses: late 1600s, 1700s and 1800s? My ancestors lived in Bécancour; Trois-Rivières and Cap-de-la-Madeleine between Quebec City and Montreal.

I would appreciate census site, so I could look up my ancestors that I have listed below.

*Louis Provencher and Marie Simone Masse; Cap-de-la-Madeleine

*Louis dit Villebrun Provencher and Marie Ann Fleurant dit Leclerc; Bécancour; Trois-Rivières

* Joseph Louis Bonaventure Provencher and Marie Elisabeth Isabelle Coursolles; Bécancour Trois-Rivières
*Joseph Charles Provencher and Marie Charlotte Saint-Cyr dit Deshaies; Bécancour

*Joseph Marie Claude Provencher and Marie Louise dit Verville Bourbeaux; Bécancour

*Louis Joseph Provencher and Marie Therese Beland; Neuville; Bécancour

*Augustin dit Beland Provencher and Marie Charlotte dit Beauchesne Bourbeau; Bécancour
