I need some help. I would like someone to lookup an Edward Lauzon who is born 1833 and died 1874 and buried Basilique Notre - Dame. Is this man the Edward I am looking for? I am trying to find an Edward Lauzon who had a son Edward Lauzon born in Rochester, N.Y. U.S.A. His wife was named Susan. I believe she died between 1870 and 1874.They are on the 1870 census in Rochester and he is listed as a book agent. He 37 b. France and she 29 b. Nfld. They are living with a Nathan Picot family from Nfld. This family was in Coburg, Ont. in 1860's. I have not been able to locate any information on this Edward who is supposed to have had a brother Hormisades and a sister who was married and had 3 children, I have no married name for her, they lived in Monreal, his wife was supposed to have had a wealthy grandmother who owned a lot of land, hotel and stables and tanneries which were supposed to have been left to my Edward. He signed away his rights to this property before he turned 21. This Edward, b. 1868, was known as Edward De Lauzon in U.S. He died in Cleveland, Ohio in 1906. I would like very much to find the rest of my family. Thank you, Mary
