translation help needed; 1600s church records

I have about 20 or so Catholic church records from Notre Dame Basilica in Quebec that I would like to translate. Most of the handwriting is hard to read, as well as the document itself. If you can help me, please email me at tnvalleygenealogy@charter.net.

One word in particular that I cannot find has to do with the title of the church, I think. What I have so far is Of the Church savoissiale of Notre Dame of Quebec in New France. I can't find the word "savoissiale" or anything near it in a Fr-Eng dictionary. I may have the spelling wrong, as the handwriting is hard to read. It is possible that the 1st letter is an L. Also the 1st of the double s is written similar to a p. I know that use to be the way a double s was written, but I still cannot find the word.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
