So we have figured out that James Allen when he married for the 2nd time he listed his parents as James and Elizabeth ?? who though.According to the archives in Fredericton,NB. Robert Francis is my Grandfather.

here is what we know :

1. JAMES1 ALLEN was born 07 Feb 1827 in PEI, and died 27 Apr 1901 in St.Stephen,NB. He married (1) SARAH
MCADAM. She was born Abt. 1834 in NB, and died 20 Nov 1884 in St.Stephen,NB. He married (2) MARY/MAY
MCKEENAN 17 May 1888 in Manse in St.Stephen,NB1, daughter of JOHN MCKEEMAN and MAHALA UNKNOWN.
She was born Abt. 1844.
Notes for JAMES ALLEN:
Obit-in the May 2,1901 St. Criox Paper.
1881 census states James ' father was Scottish and that he was a carpenter.Sarah his wife and all five children
alive in 1881.
1891census states James was born in PEI and Mary was born in NB with her father being Irish.Howard-
19,Herbert-15,and William -11 were all born in NB Sarah and Harry not here then.
Notes for SARAH MCADAM:
Newspaper says she left husband and four children at time of her death in 1884.Also said she was 44 years old.
