Check the PEI baptismal index online at http://www.gov.pe.ca/cca/baptismal/, It looks as if your Edward Francis was born in Dec 1867, baptised at St Peters Bay RC, son of Peter Sharkey and Mary MacDonald. There are also a number of other children for this couple. Couldn't find your Curries, though -you might try some spelling variations.
