Hello, Barbie.I have now been to the Archives of Ontario and looked at the marriage registration for William Francis Rhea and Florence Orr Semple.I had previously given you from the index that they married in Toronto on March 7, 1918.I'll give you the other information that is on the registration. You already know most of it about William.
William Francis Rhea, age 27, bachelor Electrician, born in St. John, NB, s/o John Rhea & Elizabeth Lawler, married on March 7, 1918, to Florence Orr Semple, 24, spinster, occupation: "Home", born in Paisley, Scotland, d/o William Semple & Nellie Boyle. At the time of the marriage Florence was residing at 160 Huron St., Toronto.William was residing at 63 McCaul St., Toronto.William's religion is listed as Roman Catholic; Florence's listed as Presbyterian. They were married by T.W. Neal, Methodist, of 53 Brunswick Ave.The witnesses were Ethel Neal & Minnie Grace Scott, both of Toronto. That information is from Marriage Reg. # 002040 for 1918, on reel 442.
If you have been able to find out anything more from Mt. Pleasant Cemetery or Ralph Day Funeral Home about the other people/dates you were interested in, let me know if you want me to look for any notices for them in the old "Toronto Star".
