all above from
you can see entry for Matilda and Mahlon's burials at find a grave and there is a nice photo of Matilda there also, as well as her obit

Mahlon's burial page also has a photo of him - good luck for you as photos of our ancestors are sometimes very hard to come by so a nice bonus! He died 1917

another nice thing is that their parents names are also shown with links for their info - they go back more generations for some also

here is a link to find a grave page for Matilda which then links to Mahlon

If you would like me to go back to earlier/later census for Mahlon and Matilda let me know.

Here is their marriage

There is a birth for Laura but I did not find Edna

Ohio, Births and Christenings Index, 1800-1962 about Laura E. Devault

Find a Grave also has the death of Elmer's first wife Florida/Flora
she died June 4, 1906
she is listed as Florida Ora Leasure DeVault

*** Oh I just noticed you put that entry at find a grave!

I would have expected to find marriages for the two Devault girls, Laura and Edna - in ON but did not have any luck.

I do see that Elmer's death record shows his father as Mahlin so another confirmation, but mother's name not shown.
Elmer's birth date is wrong though, off by about 8 years
Do you have a copy of his death record? If not, I can email it to you if you wish

Jena Devault is listed in 1935 Canada voters list as a grocer in Hastings Co.
