As you see this is dated with arrival Sept 1, 1924 so they must have married before then

From this it really only says the marriage was registered in that quarter of the year so they could have been married in July, Aug. or even earlier and registered later.

I thought the passenger list must be wrong showing Phyllis' last residence as Toronto but apparently not

Here is the entry into Canada from US for that 1924 trip

It says

It says she first arrived in Canada July 28, 1923 and left Oct. 12, 1923
She left Canada for a visit

I did not find the 1923 entry for her into Canada but there is another for her coming in July 1924

So other than the first two deaths found above I could not find deaths for George and Phylllis but they likely died after the dabatase ends for ON.
