I was writing you some info and suddenly lost it all to the great vast regions of internet world, so before I start all over I thought I would find out what you are actually looking for - maybe I will tell you what I found and you can let me know which of the info you need.
Death for Cyrus
Death for Lydia
Census info for Cyrus and Lydia from 1861 to 1901
Marriage for Samuel and Elizabeth
Death of Clara in 1930 - Samuel was the informant -On her death he is listed as residing in Texas and with the RR
Census for Elizabeth (wife of Samuel) and daughter Florence
marriage for Florence in NY - parents shown as Samuel P. Stahr and Elizabeth Rawlingson so right family - husband Arthur Statt
In 1910 Elizabeth shown as divorced and in 1920 as widowed, but Samuel was alive in 1930 when his sister died
in 1930 Elizabeth is again shown as divorced
Possible death for Elizabeth in 1935 MN - not enough info to be sure but she is in right place according to 1930 census
death for Florence Statt - 1971 LA- shows she was born Aug. 30, 1884 MI but I cannot find her birth which seems odd as MI has pretty good records but she is not there.
Samuel P. in Dallas TX directories
1900 has a Samuel Stahr in Dallas but he is shown born PA - with him is a Randall Stahr - both are borders and both shown as married and Randall is female so wife I guess - could he and Elizabeth be divorced by then ? Samuel and Randall shown married 9 years, no children - she is 51 years old.
1920 has an SP Stahr in Dallas TX with wife Martha R. He is still shown born PA and she is shown born TS so I guess she could be Randall ?
I didn't find him in 1910 but in 1930 the same Samuel P. and Martha are in Dallas (at least they seem to be the same couple) she age 81, he age 71. She born TX and he born PA
The birthplace for this Samuel makes me wonder but ??? right place and name and he works for the RR as did Clara's brother
So let me know which of these records you need.
