Ontario births only avaliable until 1913,. Last Canadian census avaliable is 1911
so a Jean wouldnt have married until at least after 1930, no luck on line

for further reference Duntroon is in Simcoe county in Clearview township

The township comprises the communities of Avening, Batteaux, Brentwood, Cashtown Corners, Creemore, Dunedin, Duntroon ***, Glen Huron, Maple Valley, New Lowell, Nottawa, Pretty River Valley, Singhampton, Smithdale, Stayner, Sunnidale, Sunnidale Corners and Websterville

in 1911 census there is only one family of Tomkins in the Simcoe county, William 36 and Martha 31 and 5 children under 7, William born England and Martha in Ontario
