The 1851 census was actually taken in early 1852; ages given were as of next birthday. W.M. = Wesleyan Methodist. Divorce took an Act of Parliament so must did not bother. She and Sarah likely died, and death records do not exist for that timeframe (prior to civil registration beginning in 1869). You'll have to check cemetery records in Camden Township to perhaps find a stone. Here's a list of the cemetery records available on microfilm:
