McCrary and McWilliams; Ontario > Michigan

There are some missing persons in our McCrarys. Hoping someone here can help break the mystery.

The 1851 census in Ontario, Canada lists William H. McCrary's family as this:

1851 (Ontario)
Name/Age/Sex/Marital Status/POB/Religion
William McCrary / 29 / M / M /IRELAND/ C.E.(Church of England)
Elizabeth McCrary/ 33 / F / CANADA WEST / W.M. (?Wesley-Methodist)
Sarah McCrary / 2 / F / S / CANADA WEST / W.M.
Agnes McWilliams / 14 / F / S / CANADA WEST / W.M.

Judging by Wm's age, the census was probably recorded in 1852. The mystery though, is that the 1861 census shows that he married Agnes McWilliams, but Elizabeth and Sarah disappeared. We can't find either in Canada's records of death or divorce and don't know what happened. (Influenza? Divorce?)

PORTRAIT AND BIOGRAPHICAL ALBUM of MIDLAND COUNTY (Michigan) tells that Wm. McCrary moved to Ingram County (MI) 1 MAR 1853-- Ingram County) and then Midland County in 1857 with "his family." But that family was AGNES(s) McWilliams/McCrary who he married 25 NOV 1854 and their 6 month old daughter IDA.

Does anybody know what happened to:
ELIZABETH (?maiden name) McCRARY (b. abt 1819; Canada West)
SARAH McCRARY (b. abt 1851; West)

Their residence in 1851 was Clark’s Mills (Camden East), Lennox and Addington County, Ontario
