Angus MacDonald of Mira Ferry b Scotland by 1785

Searching for a family for Angus MacDonald who lived by 1840 in Cape Breton, Mira area. I know only that he probably had a daughter named Catherine MacDonald, born ca 1814 in North Uist, Scotland.

Catherine MacDonald married by 1833 to Angus MacAulay of Cladach Baleshare, North Uist. They emigrated to Cape Breton before the 1841 census. They have children listed in the 1871 Cape Breton census. Catherine and her husband died, probably Sangaree.

I would very much like to know her father, Angus MacDonald's origin in Scotland and the members of his family, likely from the Outer Hebrides.

Thank you very much for your assistance.
