Hi Joanne,
Still batting zero w/ANY connections altho find WEEDEN,WEADEN,WILLDEN and WHEATON surnames among Africans
in NS and CA----------all are spellings for my line.
Have a theory that my VA ancestors may have been among those who migrated to NS and CA in 1783 and from there removed to RI, but, again, have NOT been able to figure the
family lines out.
My ggrandmother, CHARATA BROWN, mulatto(NativeAmerican) I am hoping to find connects w/RI BROWNS.
Wondering if you have ANCESTRY access------shall send what
I think might be of interest from there to your addy.
Warm regards and thanks for responding,
carol.
