Prudence's daughter marries as Arrena Foote to her cousin, Joseph Howard Misner, at the age of 15. Gives her parents as Jeremiah and Delia Foote.
Prudence marries, as Adelia Foot, to a 60 year old widower, Henry Allen Woodworth, in 1916. Gives her parents as as Jane and Charles Stokes, and claims to be a widow.

- newspaper index says she died in 1917 and is daughter of Mrs Hanley? (She is on the death index under Woodworth in 1917, 'Prudner E') You can get a copy of the newspaper article from NSARM for a small fee.

Jane Hanley died in 1923, aged 93. Name of father given as 'Douglas'. Husband Bernard? Possibly Joseph Bernard Hanley who died in 1935.

I think Eunice and Prudence's mother, Sarah Jane, remarried in 1884 to Elijah Rockwell as Jane Stokes. She is listed as 42, a widow, parents Alex and Sarah. She then married in 1906 to Bernard Hanly, as Jane Rockwell, parents given as Alex and Sarah Douglas.

Do you have Perry's marriage certificate from England? (May list his father)
Is there anything about his parents on his death certificate?
You could look at will/probate records for the family to see if there's any mention of him.
