Got it. I'm assuming that you know that the 1881 Census or Canada is available at
http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Search/frameset_search.asp?PAGE=census/search_census.asp

Since Marion isn't really that common a name I did a first name search for it in Antigonish County and came up with the following family.

Name Marital Status Gender Ethnic Origin Age Birthplace Occupation Religion
Willoughby RUNDALL M Male English 54 Nova Scotia Trader Presbyterian
Marion RUNDALL M Female Scottish 46 Nova Scotia Presbyterian
Hiram RUNDALL Male English 26 Nova Scotia House Carpenter Presbyterian
Fredrick RUNDALL Male English 24 USA Presbyterian
Ella RUNDALL Female English 17 Nova Scotia Presbyterian
Maud C. GRAHAM Female Scottish 11 USA School Presbyterian
Daniel MCDONALD W Male Scottish 50 Nova Scotia Lawyer Presbyterian

1881 Census:Antigonish NS. District 21-C, Div.1, page 52

Sometimes you have to be a bit creative in your searches
Also the death certificate for Ella Harris from the NS Vital Stats website as follows

Death Certificate Year 1921, book 54, page 396
Ella Charlotte Harris of Pleasant St., Antigonish, AntigonishCo., NS
Born Antigonish 1864
Daughter of Willougby and Marion (MacDonald) Randall
Informant – C E Harris, husband of deceased
Died September 4, 1921 Cause of death - apoplexy

Her mothers maiden name is given as MacDonald so I suspect that the Daniel MacDonald, Lawyer of the 1881 Census was Marion's brother

I also found the following family on the 1881 Census which I would take to be Charles' parents

Name Marital Status Gender Ethnic Origin Age Birthplace Occupation Religion
Edwd. HARRIS M Male English 56 Nova Scotia Hotel Keeper Baptist
Eliza HARRIS M Female English 49 Nova Scotia Baptist
Charles HARRIS Male English 23 Nova Scotia Clerk Baptist
(included in this household is a very long list of people staying in their hotel)

1881 Census Ward No. 3, Halifax, Halifax, Nova Scotia
District 9-C, Division 2, page 3

Happy Hunting
Burdette
