Ref you request for info on Green(e) families in Nfld....my grandfather was a Green from Winterton (formerly Silly Cove). His name was Pleoman Green, but due to loss of records from churches I have not been able to find any data...I know he married a Victoria Hyde and had four sons, Andrew, Ron, Enoch & Douglas (the first moved to Boston and passed away in North Carolina in 1986). Victoria Hyde was born in New Bonaventure in November 1879 and I have also not been able to find any data on her parents (my grandparents), but I did not in some research a William Hyde who drowned in Dec 1915 from New Bonaventure - any links? Thanks.
