Methodist baptism (1890s) and S.A. marriages (ca.1915)

Any suggestions on where to access (at the provincial archives):

* Methodist baptisms of the (late) 1890s for Loreburn (aka Lourbourn/Loreborn/.../Long Cove), Trinity Bay
* Salvation Army marriages for Wellington, Bonavista Bay around 1915

I'm trying to locate a particular woman, supposedly born in Loreburn and who marries a man from Wellington (now Dover).

The Registers of Vital Statistics for the pre-Civil registration period ends too soon. The Vital Statistics Dept (post 1892) isn't helpful if you don't have enough concrete information to start.

That leaves:
* Vital Statistics - All Newfoundland Births (1840 to 1915) - No online index available.
* Parish records - An online index, but not current/accurate.

Does anyone have ideas where I will find the Loreburn/Long Cove Methodist baptisms for the late 1890s? Do you know if they would be included under another community name? Or a specific parish?

Do you know anything about the availability of Salvation Army marriage records from around 1915 for the Wellington region (Bonavista North)? A few years ago, the S.A. refused access to them. Do you know if this has changed?

Thanks.
