MILLER,Placentia Bay,1836

I'm looking for my great-grandmother,MARY ELLEN MILLER (that spelling in my deceased mother's family notations),probably from Port Royal(Mussel Harbor),Placentia Bay.My GGM was of Native American descent, probably Mi'Kmaq.
So far the closest I can find is ELIN MILLER,born June 25,1836 according to Argentia RC Records contained on the Red Island website(www.redislandnf.com). Her sponsors were John Mooney(Mooney) and Hannah Walsh. Her parents were THOMAS MILLER & BRIDGET WISE(Wyse).Eventually, about 1857,my GGM married PATRICK JUDGE. Almost all Judges in Nfld. are descended from either this couple (mainly) or Patrick's younger brother William.
Elin had at least two siblings...WILLIAM MILLER, May 8,1839, and then BRIDGET MILLER,July 1,1854,Bridget's sponsors being Richard Fippard(Phippard) and (...)Collins.
Does anyone recognize these people at all? Is there a Native American, presumably Mi'Kmaq, background in these Millers or Wise/Wyses ? Thanks.Ward.wardgreene@hotmail.com
