Luscombe, Loon Bay and Buchans

Hi

I am working on a family tree for my daughter-in-law. Does anyone have any information on the Luscombes? I have a Raymond Luscombe(father Samuel) married to Sadie Brenson (father John). I have only one child for them. There apparently were at 12. Both Raymond and Sadie were apparently born in the Loon Bay area.

Any information would be great. It is difficult finding info in Newfoundland before their joining Canada.
