Hi
I'm trying to trace my g.g.grandfather. His name is William Francis Reid Skinner. His records here in Australia are vague at best. All I know is that he was born in Nova Scotia in 1843. I have no family info, no parents or siblings. I have searched Scotian records to no avail...not alot you can do when you don't have a credit card! Anyhow I'm casting the net a bit wider in the hopes of finding him. Is anyone in Newfoundland researching Skinners or can tell me the ports that someone emigrating to Australia may have left from would be a great help.Ta in advance
ally
