I am looking for information about my great grandmother who was born in Newfoundland in the 1850's, probably St.John's. Her father was Daniel O'Neil and her mother Margaret Brennan. I beleive she may have been disowned when she married my great grandfather, a Acadian French sea-farer from Nova Scotia around 1870. His name was Maurice Nestor Landry. They had a number of children and settled in Montreal (Verdun) Quebec soon after their marriage. Margaret was buried on 1 Feb 1936. Her family may have been shopkeepers of some kind in St. John's. Any information would be appreciated.
