Charles Tulk and Mary Kirby

Looking for information on actual birthplace of Charles Tulk who came fom England it is believed. He settled in Hr. Buffet Newfoundland early 1800's and married Mary Kirby of Burin Newfoundland. Children believed to have been born from this union include Richard 1829, Samuel who maried Mahala Marshall in 1855, Charles, Joseph, John, Willaim, Elizabeth, Marrianne. Charles was a planter in the fishing industry.
