Sarah Douglas b. ca. 1841, d. 26MAY1905 age 64 years is likely Sarah Douglas b. 18OCT1843 in St. James Parish, Charlotte Co., NB. Her husband is Wm. Douglas (15JAN1841) and a daughter is Jessie E. Douglas (1JAN1879). They all lived with another daughter, Annie D. Moore (16AUG1866) and Annie's husband, Bertram L. Moore (2APR1861).
Annie Douglas Moore b. Moore's Mills, Charlotte Co., NB 16AUG1866, d. Charlotte Co., NB 18JAN1934 age 67 years, 5 months and 2 days.. She was the daughter of Wm. Douglas (b. St. Andrews, Charlotte Co., NB) and of Sarah Eldridge (b. Beaver Harbour, Charlotte Co., NB).
William Douglas Jr. (ca. 1843) and his wife Sarah E. (ca. 1845) were in St. Stephen Parish, Charlotte Co in 1871. Children at the time were Samuel A. (7), Alice A. (5), 'Frederic' J. (4) and William (2). Alice A. is likely Annie Moore. William Douglas b. St. Stephen Parish ca. 1869 gave his parents as William and Elizabeth L. Douglas when he married in 1897.
William Douglas b. ca. 1843 is likely the William 'Douglass' b. ca. 1843 in the 1851 census of St. Stephen Parish:
Douglass William M Head 35 Irish Farmer 17 years
Douglass Margarett F Wife 37
Douglass James M Son 13
Douglass Mary Ann F Daughter 12
Douglass Elizabeth F Daughter 10
Douglass William M Son 8
Douglass Susan J. F Daughter 6
There was also a Keziah Douglas age 13 in the same parish with William and Mary Curtis.
Another possibility is in St. David Parish.
Grey Isabella F Mother 34 Scotch (Hr. of late Wm Douglas Prop.) 1821
Douglas Agnes F Daughter 14 Birth
Douglas William M Son 11 Birth
Douglas James M Son 9 Birth
Douglas John M Son 7 Birth
Douglas Mary F Daughter 4 Birth
There were several variations of the surname, Eldridge, in Charlotte Co. in 1851 but the most intriguing is that on Grand Manan Island:
Eldrige Colby M Head 30 N.B. Carpenter Birth
Eldrige Caroline F Wife 23 N.B.
Eldrige Charles M Son 4
Eldrige Margaret E. F Daughter 1
Eldrige Sarah E. F Daughter ?
Even more likely is the family in Pennfield Parish:
Eldridge Margaret F Wid 29 birth
Eldridge Sarah F Daughter 9 birth
Eldridge David M Son 7 birth
Eldridge Isabella F Daughter 5 birth
Eldridge Margaret F Daughter 4 birth
Eldridge Hugh M Son 2 birth
Since Beaver Harbour is in Pennfield Parish, and since this Sarah (b. ca. 1842) seems more the right age, at least in the 1901 census and death record, this seems to be Sarah (Eldridge) Douglas. David Eldridge (b. Beaver Harbour 5JUL1843, d. 26FEB1922) was the s/o John and Margaret (McKay) Eldridge.
William Douglas married Sarah Eldridge in 1865. Arthur Hill co-signed the marriage bond. Arthur M. Hill b. ca. 1842 was from St. Stephen Paris, and likely a friend of William Douglas of that place.

"John Eldridge, of Beaver Harbor, had an excellent farm on the way between Barney Bucknam’s and the harbor.A large creek extended to his residence and thus stimulated him to engage in fishing in connection with farming. He owned a good vessel, sailed her and made money. His son David resides at Beaver Harbor and as his father was so is he, much respected for good qualities."
"William Douglas, Esq., of Moore’s Mills, who was also a member of the provincial legislature, and who led the poll at one election in his native county, being what is called a ‘handsome man,’ no doubt considered himself entitled to a handsome wife, and by happy fate, if fate it be, came to Pennfield, saw Miss Eldridge, daughter of John Eldridge and sister of David Eldridge, and drove off at a rapid rate with her for Moore’s Mills, having first of course received certificate signed by a reverend gentleman and a credible witness testifying that he did not steal her."
The 'credible witness' may a reference to Arthur Hill who was a customs officer.

Especially:
"Sarah Eldridge (ca 1842-1905; bapt Dec 12, 1841 at 2 mon) m. William Douglas(s?) (Jan 13, 1840- Apr 20, 1900) in 1865.
" Wm Douglas' parents were William and Isabella; his brother was James of Ortonville, Wisconsin. He was a farmer and lumberman in Moore's Mills, on the Miramichi and in Wisconsin. He was a school trustee and a 10 to 12 year member of the municipal (property) council for Charlotte County.Wm was elected to the House of Assembly as a conservative in 1886 and re-elected by acclamation. He was a shareholder in California gold mines."
From this I get:
SARAH E. ELDRIDGE (d/o John and Margaret Elizabeth (McKay) Eldridge) b. Beaver Harbour, Pennfield Parish, Charlotte Co., NB 18OCT1843 (MAY1843, ca. 1841-2), d. Charlotte Co., NB d. 26MAY1905 age 64 years, m. WILLIAM DOUGLAS M.P.P. (b. St. Stephen Parish, Charlotte Co., NB 15JAN1841 (ca. 1840-3), d. 21FEB1917 (?) (20APR1900 (? but in 1901 census?)), s/o William and Isabella (Hunter) Douglas.
Another William Douglas b. St. Stephen Parish 11MAY1843, d. St. Stephen Parish 21FEB1917 was the s/o William and Margaret (Warwick) Douglas. See 1851 census above. Since your William Douglas was still living at the time of the 1901 census it is possible the two have been conflated. This is indicated as being correct by the 1911 census of St. Stephen where appear William (MAY1843) and Elizabeth (JAN1845) 'Douglass'. The other Douglas m. Margaret Warwick who was a widow in 1911. Elizabeth is possibly William's 2nd wife. Therefore it seems probable that it was the other William who d. 20APR1900 and Sarah's husband who d. 21FEB1917; but this needs to be proved. In any case, I assume all of this as a hypothesis for now as it is the only way to make sense of the 1911 census.
Also, William Douglas of Chamcook Island, Charlotte Co., NB m. 17MAY1837 Isabella Hunter of Pennfield Parish. William d. St. David Parish OCT1850 age 77 years. He came to NB from Gallowayshire, Scotland ca. 1820. Isabella m. 2nd St. David Parish 24JUL1851 Hugh Gray. Hugh Gray was from St. Stephen Parish, was married before, and d. St. Stephen Parish 2APR1882 age 81 years. Isabella d. St. Stephen Parish 27OCT1885 age 67 years.
