In Brighton Parish, Carleton Co., NB in 1851, George Prosser (6) lived with the Rev. George Orser (38) and his wife, Abigail (35). Next door was Sarah Prosser (53) a servant to the Rev. Charles McMullin (60) and his wife, Jane (63). Perhaps George was Sarah's son.

If George W. Prosser died in 1925 his death should have been registered. Apparently it was not in NB, so probably in Maine. This should be on microfilm at the state archives in Augusta. Usually these name the parents.
