In Reply to: Searching for descendants of Charlie King, wife Eva died 1918-19, remarried inNB by JD ASMUSSEN of 4952

There was also a marriage in Maine:

Maine Marriage Records, 1705-1922 about Charly Roy
Name: Charly Roy of Connor, b. Connor
Spouse: Eva Dionne or Cabano, b. Noter Dame [sic]
Marriage Date: 4 Jul 1913
Marriage Place: North Lydon
Registration Place: Corinna, Penobscot
Birth Date: abt 1894
Age: 19
Spouse Age: 18
Father: John Roy, of Connor
Mother: Alarilda Oulette
Spouse Father: Fred Dionne, of Cabano, b. St-Luc
Spouse Mother: Autiene Ouellet, deceased

Which was followed by their marriage in Cabano, Quebec a few days later:

Charles Roy, living in Sacre-Coeur, Caribou (Jean-Baptiste & Dorilda Ouellet)
m. 8 Jul 1913 Cabano (St-Mathias), Temiscouata, Quebec
Eva Dionne (Alfred Dionne & Antonia Ouellet)

And that is where Eva was married and Charles remarried, as you know. Annie
