How can I find info on a person who was on 1901 census ST.John N.B.
it says names of insane in provincial lunatic asylum

I saw a james Sherman on this census it has he is age 49 born 1852 widowed.

How can I find out if he is james Sherman born 1844 died 1908 burried in Rockland cemetery McAdam N.B. ????
