River, NB, m. 1790, his second cousin, Eleanor Foster born in 1769 at Amherst, NS,

8) Margaret Colpitts b. 11 Oct 1784 in Hillsborough Parish, died 6 Feb 1871,
married Mar 1814 Jacob Day of Wickham, Queens County, born Jan 1773, d. 7 Oct
1858 at Long Island, NB: they had five children:
9) Jane Colpitts born 3 Oct 1786, d. after 1851, m. 25 Jun 1807 Christopher
Horsman Jr. b. - , d. after 1851: had ten children.

Colpitts: Pioneers of New Brunswick: which says on page 2 that Martha Colpitts
was the first cousin of Robert noted above, was b. 1739 d/o Thomas Colpitts and
Eleanor Allen of Rokeby, Yorkshire, married in 1760 John Atkinson and came to
NB on the same ship with her six children: her sister Margaret Colpitts b. 1742,
married 1767 George Forster (Foster) of Swalwell came to NB in 1774 with four
