I'm still working on this side. I discovered the marriage reg I thought was there's isn't. The reg didn't have a date on it, but I found the same on in the New Bruswick archive site. It was dated 1915. lol So I had been looking for the wrong parents of Fred and Elizabeth.

I think that Elizabeth may be the daughter of Hilaire Gallant and Madeleine Arsenault from one of the listings you suggested. The area/age would be right. Haven't managed to find a marriage reg to confirm it yet though. Or get a lead on Fred parents names.
