Suzanne, you more than made my day, you made my YEAR.

Thank you for providing me with such a treasure trove of data.

I had inklings that there might have been a connection between Major Lewis Burns and my James Jordan Burns based on his naming a son Charles Miles Burns. But I had not been able to connect the dots.

It had never occured to me that the Miles and Burns families of New Brunswick were actually Loyalists, having emigrated there from the colonies - which places their arrival here in America a lot earlier than I had anticipated.

Thanks to you (and Thomas Murray) I have a wealth of new and exciting pathways to travel.
