I have a Lavinia Bishop (1842-1879), who I believe to be the daughter of Enoch and Esther Bishop. In the 1851 census for Woodstock the family of Enoch Bishop is found with a daughter, Delina, age 9 (b. 1842). Perhaps the census taker had misunderstood or misspelt the childs name. Lavinia Bishop was firsh married to Samuel Dickinson who died in 1872. They had a son, Enoch Dickinson b. 1865. Lavinia then married James D. Dickinson, (his second of three wives). They had sons James S. (possibly Samuel) b. 1875 & Samuel Cook Dickinson b. 1878. It is interesting to note that that Enoch and Esther's eldest child was William Cook Bishop. Cook Bishop, as he was known, married Jane Isabel Sharp. Has anyone access to the 1861 census. Perhaps this would confirm that Lavinia was the daughter of Enoch and Esther.
