Yes I agree totally and although our last name is Richardson , I believe im 100% Acadian and proud of it too.
I agree that I sure didnt believe we came from descendants of someone important ,that would of been a blast though .
Just would of liked to know which part of England as I am planning to go to Europe and check out parts of France and would of loved to known where in England could of my ancestors come from , Doesn't matter really , I'll enjoy planning and going there.
