Debra, I think you most probably would get a response if you specified that it's ST-JACQUES parish in the city of MONTRÉAL, which is now the UNIVERSITY OF QUÉBEC in MONTRÉAL. Readers may take your poste to mean the town of Saint-Jacques in the province.
Also, there's a difference between the Un. of Montréal & the Un. of Québec. St-Jacques parish in Montréal was purchased by the UNIVERSITY of QUÉBEC for their MONTRÉAL location. So, it's known as the University of QUÉBEC in MONTRÉAL, which uses the acronym of UQUAM. I know this is a bit confusing but it's important since the 2 universities are located in Montréal.
