I didn't find any Blevins but located Harlow Davis and a daughter "Ma??" in the 1901 Canada Census as follows:
PROVINCE OF QUEBEC
DISTRICT -- Brome, #144
SUB-DISTRICT -- Sutton, J-5, schedule 1, pg. 2, line 44.
HARLOW DAVIS, widower, age 52, b.Jan.17, 1846 in rural Quebec; occ: farmer, working on his own account. Looks like the religion is written as "Adven" (Adventist?).
With him is this daughter "Ma?", single, 17 yrs., b.Jan.4, 1883 in rural Quebec.
They also had a servant boy, Wille Santair, age 14, ethnicity French, living in their home.
The 1901 Canadian Census is on the federal govt website: www.collectionscanada.ca -- Go into Archivianet, then in the Site Search Box type "1901 Census". Next go into the records for the province of Quebec; next find Brome #144, sub-dist. Sutton, etc.
Hope this helps - Alice
